As product designer and front end developer, I conducted regular ideation & review sessions with stakeholders to prototype visual and functional enhancements for the clinician, patient and payment portals. I designed, implemented, tested and deployed a brand wide design system and front end framework.
July 2016 - June 2017
Designed and developed new ecommerce features with a focus on funnel optimizations. Developed and refined information architecture, visual design, content strategies and data reporting. Mentored junior designers and content strategists. Designed and implemented restAPI / data architecture for a review craftCMS based portal.
August 2010 - March 2016
Led the implementation of enterprise ecommerce solutions for a number of webstore clients. Designed web services, products and documentation for an internal tools team. Defined and established department wide code standards and workflows. As a lead, I mentored developers in implementing user centric development approaches with an eye towards new and emerging web technologies.
July 2005 - January 2011
Delivered web solutions within several open source content management and ecommerce platforms (Drupal, Wordpress, and Textpattern). Provided project planning, visual design, user experience design, and front end development services for a variety of small and medium sized businesses.
